Milan Maini is a founder and the COO of SAI Academy. She brings over ten years of operations and management experience to the executive team as Sai Academy’s Director of Business Development. Prior to joining SAI, Milan was the COO for Tandoor Indian Restaurant, where she used her strength as a versatile business leader to make Tandoor a top-rated establishment. 

Milan earned her MBA from the University of South Florida. She is an innovative thinker with strong operational skills whose passion for business management will be a great asset to the executive team and will ensure the future success of SAI Academy. Milan has a heart to serve others and is currently on the Board of Directors for an international charitable organization called Share Care Global.

She plans to bring her knowledge of operating a non profit organization to SAI Academy’s foundation to help raise scholarship money for those in need.
